How do I reserve an Inflatable?

Our online system is designed to make booking with us easy and convenient! Here is how to book:

1. If you are not on the Inflatables page, go there from the page category list.

2. Select the inflatable you want to book to open the page about it.

3. Select "make a reservation " or "check availability " to start a reservation or see if it's available. You may have to scroll down a bit to see those options.

4. Follow the prompts and fill out the information it ask you for.

5. Review and Sign the pre rental contract.

6. Be prepared to pay the $50 deposit that will come up in these options.

7. Once you make the reservation, you will get a confirmation email with the reservation details.

How safe are your Inflatables?

Inflatables are safe as long as the rules are followed. As with any playground equipment, everyday bumps and bruises are possible. The main rule is parental supervision. Most incidents in this industry occur from unsupervised units.

So grab a chair and watch your children entertain themselves for hours (and then they will sleep all night). We also do our part in reducing the possibility of injuries.

Safety is our number one concern. All of our jump houses are equipped with:

- Secure double stitched safety netting keeping kids in the bounce area

- Safe flame retardant 18 oz heavy duty PVC vinyl

- Safety step at entrance of jump house for safe entry and exit

How many hours can I rent an inflatable?

The pricing is all day, but most do not go over or need more than 6 hours.

Is the overnight pricing included in the base rate?

No, there is an additional fee for keeping the rental overnight.

How clean are your bounce houses?

We are very aware of germs that live and breed in areas that are frequented by children. Therefore we clean and sanitize our jump houses EVERY week. Our cleaning includes vacuuming and sweeping as well as organic and natural chemical cleaning as well.

How long should will it take to set up?

Most installs take 60 minutes or less.

What do you do if the bounce house deflates during your event?

If the blower stops or the air pressure is low, remove all users immediately, and then check on the problem. The electrical cord should be plugged into an outlet and be the only thing operating on that electrical circuit. The blower tube should be tightly tied around the blower hole. Make sure air is not escaping from the blower tube. Make sure all zippers are closed and not releasing air. Circuit breakers should also be checked for tripped breakers. If the breaker is tripped remove 1 or more motors from that breaker and onto another breaker. In the event we come out due to an electrical issue there will be a $50 service charge.

What type of areas are you able set units up on?

Inflatable bounce houses can be set up on grass, cement and pavement but not on rocky areas or areas with sharp objects. Please make sure all toys, doggie droppings, and any loose items are removed from the set up area.

Note: Delivery and setup personnel cannot go up or down stairs and/or hills etc, set up area must be easily accessible for the delivery truck.

How far in advance should you reserve an inflatable?

We are more than willing to rent you a fun house several months in advance or an hour in advance as long as it's available. However, the sooner you reserve, the more likely you are to secure the particular fun house you want and get the best price and delivery options available.

What are your policies for inclement weather?

Blowit Up Productions LLC reserves the right to make any final decisions to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. This would include 20 mph sustained winds and can include but does not have to include higher gust, 70% or higher chance of rain, and/or temperatures below 40 degrees.

As long as it is not lightning, thundering, heavy rains, or winds do not exceed 20 mph we PLAN to deliver and set up our inflatables. If you choose for us to come payment is due upon delivery, we DO NOT refund any charges.

If you choose to cancel the rental please let us know before we head to your location. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty, ALL payments made will be held for your future rental.

We will try to work with you the day of your inflatable rental if threatening weather is present or approaching. Blowit Up Productions LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation or portion of a reservation or shut down an event early due to inclement weather, unsafe, unclean, or unfit area for unit, or any other situation that the company deems dangerous or jeopardizes safety in any way or is not in the best interest of the company or users.

What if I do not have power within 100ft?

No power, No problem, we have Generators available for rent ask us for details or reserve it online.

What is your damage policy?

Customer is responsible for Blowit Up Production's equipment at point of delivery. There will be an additional charge of $50 to $100 for dirty units(gum, candy, excessive grass, dirt, etc). Silly string causes permanent damages there is a $1000 charge for silly string damage to unit.

What is your delivery and pick up policies?

All deliveries are generally made between 8am and 2pm. Our intentions are to have the unit at private residences within 1 hour of your event. Public events (i.e. churches, parks, schools, etc) within 30 mins of your event.

Theses are average times and are in place to compensate for possible delays due to things out side of our control. Pick up times for private parties are typicslly 30 min to 4 hours after the event ends. We will confirm pick up times with you at delivery. For public functions items are picked up immediately after event.

Remember:

If your event ends early and is at a public location, please call us immediately so we can try and send our representatives out early. We can not guarantee someone will be available so you might have to wait until they arrive.

Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?

No. In fact, Blowit Up Productions LLC does not allow pick ups. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Our insurance requires that our installers do an onsite inspection as well. Where the safety of your children is concerned, we do not take any chances.

Can you set up the inflatables anywhere?

The best option is to place the inflatables on top of grass which is best be mowed 2 to 3 days before the event. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris (including dog droppings) to ensure the safety of the bouncer and its riders. It is the customers responsibility to clean area prior to set up. Inflatables need to be in an open area, far from trees, wires or any other thing that may cause tears, about 20 feet high. You will need to add at least 4 feet around the perimeter, so approximately 18ft x 18ft for a 14ft x 14ft bouncer.

What are the rules when using bouncers or water slides?

No shoes, no food, no drinks, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no confetti, no sand. no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from nets, no jewelry. All customers receive an emailed copy at time of rental.

Will the lessee need to provide a hose and water for the slide?

Yes, you will need a hose long enough to reach the slide from your water faucet.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50´-'75' feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you may need to rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. If you decide to use outlets at the park, test to make sure they work.

Can I move the inflatable?

After the unit is set-up by Blowit It Up Productions LLC, it is not to be moved under any circumstances

NOTE: If we deliver and set up, and it rains there are no Rainchecks, Refunds or Discounts. When we deliver, we are already commited with labor costs, fuel etc.. So if you would like to cancel, let us know 24 hours in advance.
